Deposits & Rent

Security Deposits:

Our Goal is to Return EVERY Security Deposit In Full. We don't make money on deposits - we need to keep the places rented to pay the bills.  So while we collect a Security Deposit from EVERYONE - no exceptions - *if* you leave the place clean, undamaged, and ready to occupy when you depart at the end of your lease, we will return every dime due to you.  Leave the place as nice or better than how you received it, and we will refund your deposit as fast as possible. 

Security Deposits are equal to two months' rent and are due at Lease Signing.

Rent:

The first month's rent is due before occupancy.

The rent must be paid on time - on or BEFORE the due date - every month. There is no grace period. You can make partial payments as long as the entire amount is paid by the due date.

Warning! Some people prey on prospective online renters by collecting deposits and rents on houses they do not own. We will not ask you for a wire - ever. Our rent is collected online through the Resident Portal only.
