Pet Friendly to Friendly Pets: No Aggressive Animals Allowed 

We happily accept happy animals subject to the following:

• All animals Must Be SEPARATELY Approved.
• All animals *must* be spayed or neutered, with no exceptions. The local SPCA can advise about low-cost procedures.
• No "Pee Pad" trained dogs of any age.
• All animals must have current proof of professional flea treatment. OBX fleas are immune to drugstore brands. Proof of ongoing treatment will be required for the life of the lease.
• All state and local ordinances regarding the keeping and licensing of animals must be followed.
• All animals must be house-broken...NO PUPPIES under 1 year, NO animals "too young" to be neutered.
• Cats require litter boxes that are scooped DAILY.
  • No outdoor cats - indoor only.
• No exotic animals such as ferrets, parrots, pigs, etc. Cats or Dogs Only! NOTE: MINI-PIGS are NOT going to remain MINI. No Pigs!
• No 'outdoor' dogs - your dog must be part of your family and live with you, not out in the yard in a box or on a chain. Outdoor dogs bark and are a nuisance to the neighbors...so finally:
• Your pet must not be a nuisance to other residents or neighbors.
• All animals must be registered with obxorbust.petscreening.com as part of the final application process.
